My mom is having excess acidity,with burps,,and she is not able to vomot.and a lot of weakness

it has been going on for 5 days..on d second day she had a body pain,and then wen she too an injection it was gone.and a 103 body temperature on day 1,and she had sandwich[homemade.just before she had fever],bananas,apples
ON day 4 she felt a little better but den again on 5th day it has deteriorated]she has changed 2 doctors already..please lemme know wad is d culprit?
