i have been waking up feeling sore like i had gone to the gym and had a very heavy workout and also back pain, last night i had a horrible head ache and this morning i still feel a dull headache but now i feel likes it coming back, all i wanna do is sleep i feel very tired and i have been going to the bathroom alot today and i have had just a sip of water.
