I'm a minor, and last time I checked (October last year) my BP is okay. But for years now I have headaches that I don't think are of the normal kind. It comes suddenly, in all cases while I'm doing normal things (walking, bending, typing, sleeping, even urinating) so I can't say the attacks are from stress. They are concentrated at the base of my brain to my neck and nape. For a minute or two, it's excruciating, then it fades slowly. I thought it was high blood pressure or something similar when I was younger, so I just tried to relax. I have no idea if it works or not.
I don't smoke, drink alcoholic drinks or do any recreational or illegal drugs. I'm not diabetic or obese either (fat, but according to BMI in normal range). Since I am young, I don't think my age constitutes major risk (I know aneurysm can affect teenagers, but it's not that common, is it?). I rarely exercise (I do have long brisk walks regularly, but I can't call that exercise) and I think I consume excessive amounts of junk food.
Does anyone think I have aneurysm? If not, then, can anyone tell me what they think this is? Because I certainly don't see other teenagers experiencing this, and I am worried.
