Some small not-so-itchy bumps on my elbow appeared several months a go. it didnt come off. so i decided to apply salicylic acid+benzoic acid+iodine+resorcinol solution. then it became so dry, cracked, and the skin is thickening. yet the small bumps didnt come off but getting bigger in area. its getting so itchy after that. i cant help but to scratch it. the more i scratch it the bigger the area. now it's getting much worse. i know i shouldn't scratch it in the first place. and some parts of my body are itchy now and there are some allergy bumps that i used to have before.
aware that it might be a skin allergy, i now using triamcinolone lotion (a dermatologist gave me that for my previous allergy) after bath and 10mg claritin tablet per day. i also apply intensive healing hypoallergenic lotion frequently.
im not worried about the bumps on my other parts of my body because i used to have that. but im worried about the cracked darkening thick skin with small bumps on my left elbow. i dont know if what i did is right. and i know i only can use d steroid lotion for maximum 2 weeks and it's been a week. i need ur help.
