Yesterday afternoon, I started getting a weird twitching/pulsating in my right thigh, just above the knee. It doesn't hurt atall and feels very much like an eye twitch I got years ago.
The thing is, I STILL have it a day later. I though it would disappear in the night but it didn't!
Just before it started, I had walked up some VERY steep streets and down them again. I work out a lot though. The only difference was that these streets were particularly steep and a bit scary to a person afraid of heights.
I'm sure there is nothing I can do but wait it out but I was wondering if anyone knows what this is and how to stop it? It creeps me out more than anything as I have no pain and tend to forget about it when I am busy rushing around but then feel it again when I relax.
Please help!
