Hello,
I am having this flu for 6 days now but today's the worst day for I have extreme clogged-nose that I have to breathe from my mouth. I'm having feverish feeling (on and off), very dry cough that like my heart and head's making a union to bugged me completely for everytime I cough, I have chestpain and slight headache.
I took, Sinecod but no effect and Panadol cold and flu but no effect too. Today, I tried this Amydramine (expectorant syrup) about 2 hours ago but still my nose is still blocked ( but I'm not coughing continuosly now)
Also, about 3 ngihts now that I dont have proper sleep with approximately 2 hours sleep each night but I suddenly felt sleepy when I'm seeing the sun which is the time of my work now so I just take shower and off to work. Funny thing is, I never get sleepy at work.
I don't have appetite and I'm having diarrhea for I'm eating only Yogurt-strawberry flavor before taking the medicine for I know I need to eat something.
Please be informed that I got this flu from my friend for I applied make-up on her while she's very sick for we're going to a party. She's ok now tho but I am not.
Also note that on the night of May 7, (the night of the party) I smoked like 1 pack of cigarette but usually I'm not a smoker. I didn't drink any alcoholic drinks. Just smoke like maniac.. :(
Also, I'm having sinus.. :(
