I am 7 days late with my period and negative pregnacy tests

I am seven days late for my period. I took a pregnacy test 5 days late and today 7 days late, bot times negative results. I checked my cervix the day I was suppose to start and it was so high I could not even reach it. Today day 7 my cervix is low and soft (feels like my lips). There is not a lot of mucus either. does this mena my cycle is coming or am I pregnant?
