Like other girls experiencing. Why did i get my period 5 days early heavy for two days then completely gone on the third day?

I suppose to get my regular period on the 23rd of June n I got it on the 18th surprisingly. I had really heavy period and unbearable cramps for two days. The next days its gone. I hate to admit but I've been paranoid about this. On the 12th my boyfriend n I had protected sex. Is it just my hormones? Or I've been quite stressed out. Rite now its the 22nd. Last nite I had light fever but that's it. I'm concernced about my health.I'm 18 yrs old n I dnt have no one else to ask. I been readin a lot off internet. So please I'm soo weak of worrying. I can't be pregnant can I?... Pls advice mee =<
