I am at extremely high risk for cancer. I have been having insane lower abdominal pain for 6 months now and just recently had an exploratory surgery and the NovaSure done (where they burn the lining of your uterus). Everything looked healthy, but the gynecologist sent my uterine tissue to the lab and it cam back with cancer cells. He is pretty sure that is also the problem with my left ovary and the pain coming from it. I have been to every other doctor u can think of for this pain. I am having a total hysterectomy and was given the option to leave my right ovary and tube (given that it is healthy). Should I leave it? or would it be better to take it all? I am 29 btw.
