I have had a couple of brief episdoes of vertigo several years ago but just recently had another episode more serious,e.g., included dizziness and I fell down in the parking lot at work. I went to the Dr.that day and she thought is was benign positional vertigo and showed me the exercises (which at that point were worse than the symptoms!)
I had an MRI reviewed by a neurologist who said everything looked fine and gave me the saem diagnosis and again showed me those exrcises. (NOTE I have had tinnitus for about 5 years)
In the past 2 weeks it has diminished quite a bit on its own without doing those exercises. WIll those darn little drystal eventually make there way back to where they shoudl be without shaking up my head?
Thank you, J. Grant
