How do you fit in exercise during the hot summer months?

I try to get out early in the morning to walk, run, or ride my bike, before it gets too hot
I am an evening exercise person--I head out after dinner in the cooler evening air
I do most of my exercising at a gym, so it's indoors and it doesn't matter how hot it is outside
I hit the pool! I swim and/or do water aerobics
I do exercises in my home (on a stationary bike or weight machine, etc.), so the heat doesn't bother me
It is really hard to exercise in the hot summer months, so I cut way back until it cools off
I really don't get much regular exercise right now, regardless of the weather
