can i be pregnant if im spotting on birth control and have missed three days

i just started birth control this month during the seccond week i missed three days and had unprotected sex with my partner but i have been spotting ever since ive been on the pill i was wondering if my constant spotting could prevent me from getting pregnant even though ive missed three days of the pill ???????
