What do you do when your energy is low?

Starbucks, here I come! A good cup of coffee always does the trick
I like caffeine too, but not in the form of coffee--I'll have a soda pop or maybe an iced tea
I take a nap
I get up, move around, and try to exercise a bit--that usually seems to help
I have a healthy snack to try to rev up, like something with a lot of protein or maybe an apple
I have a yummy but not-so-healthy snack, like maybe some candy or a few cookies
I do something else to try to increase my energy--please feel free to leave a comment below
