History - on nuva-ring for a year.
Went to yearly exam, told vaginitis, given clindamycin cream. 2 months later heavy bleeding (had since changed to birth control pills), went to doctor - repeated biopsy, cultures - all negative- cervix still inflamed. Cryotherapy for 2 minutes - waited 3 weeks - minimal change, silver nitrate used next - follow up week later no change, cultures collected again, and cryotherapy for 3 min, awaiting results. Physician stated he thought I had micro-abscesses on the glands of my cervix. Any ideas on how to treat, it has been 2 months and very frustrated, sex will cause bleeding, abstaining until back to normal.
