How vigilant are you about going in for your annual Pap smear and pelvic exam?

I go in every 12 months without fail
I try to go in once a year but it usually ends up being about every 15-18 months
I usually get a Pap smear every 2-3 years or so
I know I should go more often but the exam kind of bothers me so I have not gone in 3+ years
I have never gone in for a Pap smear and pelvic exam
