I'm now 45 years old. I started taking Cozaar from early 2009 when my blood pressure was 130/90. Since then I controlled my diet and started some regular exercise, my blood pressure now is about (100-120)/(70-80). I asked my doctor whether I can reduce or even stop taking Cozaar. He told me the drug is mild and it can protect my organs. However, he said it would be up to my choice whether to continue to take the drug. My question is under what condition I can decide to stop taking Cozaar?
