Has anyone who has had thyroid cancer or an ovary removed developed adrenal fatique?

I had thyroid cancer at age 18 and elevated thyroglobulin at age 36 which meant a radioactive iodine treatment and then an ovary removed at age 45 - I know have adrenal fatigue and feel totally spent all the time.
