If I threw up two of my birth control pills 10 minutes after taking them am I still protected?

I have been taking my birth control (Marvelon 28) for about 5 months now. This morning I woke up and remembered that I had forgotten to take my birth control pill last night. So i took 2 of the pills and the rest of my vitamens in the monrning. About ten minutes after I took them, I threw up. Am I still protected?
