The first day of my last period was Aug 30. I have not had a period since then. I have taken many HPTs (maybe 5) and they all came back negative. I have been cramping as if my cycle was coming but did not. I also have had abdominal pain. The doctor said I may have ovarian cyst or a fibroid. Im confused as to what it can be. Am I actually pregnant or do i have a fibroid or ovarian cyst??? What could this be??? I have never missed a period before and they are normally regular. Any suggestions or information???
