Hello Ladies,
My first time on this site so bare with me :). I had the Her Option procedure done on 10/14/2010. I have had 4 children naturally but never had pain like this in my life. The procedure was supposed to be easy. I took my meds to soften my cervix but when my doctor began she quickly realized my uterus was tilted and tried to get the probe in many times while i tried not to scream in pain. It was so painful i couldn't stop shaking! She said she had done them for 5 yrs but never had this problem with a woman that has had 4 children. Once the probe was in (my pain lessened) she decided that she better make sure the ice layer was thick enough to become effective since my uterus was tilted. Afterwards for about 20 mins i felt fine. My doctor told me to get home soon as possible to lay down. Prior to arriving home the pain kicked in and i was actually crying (i don't cry from pain) but this was so intense, like knives in me. This pain went on for days and i haven't been about to walk or move from my bed for over 3 days. When i did finally get out of bed walking was so painful (like charlie horses and knives in my pelvic area). Then to my horror a large piece of gauze fell out of me. The doctor must have forgot to take one out it had been in me for 4 days. When i called her she said that would not cause the pain and to go to the hospital so she could check me. She found no other gauze but I am still concerned. Why do i still have pain and bleeding. My bleeding is bright red and like a period. she said it should stop soon but i wanted to know if anyone else has ever experienced this after has Her Option?
Sorry for the long story :(
Thank You!
