Hi I am a 22year old married girl and 4months pregnant with my first baby. I have noticed that ever since I got pregnant my skin is horrible. My skin has always been acne prone but never like this..I have pimples all over my face specially on cheeks. I know I can't use certain medicines and creams because they can cause harm to my baby but I still want to know what can I do to lessen this. Also, my skin is getting really dry.
