How does red and white wine affect diabetic 2 people?

I am a diabetic 2 and take no insulin. I am a diet controlled diabetic and my sugar glucose levels are usually below 110. I have always been a wine drinker, and probably drank about 4 ounces a day of red 2x a week. I prefer burgandy wine, but will drink white wine or rose also. How much can I drink now and not affect my glucose levels?
