Impression:
1. Lateral tilting acromion with focal compression of the subjacent
rotator cuff with tiny, probably reactive subacromial/subdeltoid
fluid collection. Findings can be compatible with known clinical
symptoms of subacromial impingement. No significant degenerative
change.
2. Mildly thickened supraspinatus tendon possibly suggesting mild
tendinosis. No evidence for rotator cuff tear
