I am 17 and my boyfriend and I had sex(both our first times) for the first time on November 5th. We used condoms, and we had sex maybe three or four times, and used a new condom every time. He only ejaculated once, and to our knowledge, none of the condoms broke. But since I was really paranoid, he bought me the next choice pill, so I took one about an hour or so later. I took the second pill about 3, almost 4 hours later than the 12 hours recommended because I had to get up at 1 am. My last period was on October 13th, so it should have come on the 10th of November. However, my periods are usually irregular, and the Next Choice says that it can delay your period for up to a week. So I waited, and a week passed, and I was really stressed out and worried, because if Next Choice was affecting my period, it should have come on the 17th of November, and it didn't. But then, two days later on the 19th of November, my period came. I still feel worried that I could be pregnant because women have been saying that you can still get a "period", or period-like bleeding even if you are pregnant. So, now I'm waiting for my period to stop so I can take a home pregnancy test. Do you think I could still be pregnant? And how soon after my period stops should I take the pregnancy test?
