yesterday at gymnastics practice i was doing a jump on floor and when i came down i totally landed with my foot rolled inward.. the pain was unbareable at the time then a few hours later it died down but still hurt.. i went to the hospital they toook x rays but said that there were no signs of any fractures but i have broken my ankles and things lots of times it defffinately felt like i broke it and i was in so much pain.. i can walk on it but the pain out of a 10 is about a 4 but if you touch it its a 10 out of 10 and it is a little swollen and bruised where it hurts.. im going to go to an orthopedist in a few days because maybe the fracture did not show up right away.. btw im a 15 yr old girl.. what do you think i could have done? and what should i do for now until the orthopedist?
