Hi, I'm 18 years old, 103lbs and 5 feet tall. I've had a very small frame my entire life and have never had to worry about weight. (Height, that's a different story..) I don't exercise frequently and I have no desire whatsoever to lose weight, in fact, I'm trying to gain a bit more...
I really want to start exercising for health benefits but I don't really want to bulk up or drop any pounds. I'd love to learn how to tone my midsection/core and adopt a cardio regime, can anyone recommend exercises that would do this without making me lose weight?
