After a fall 12 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with a pelvic fracture in 2 places on my right side. I have a hip replacement on the same side. Since there has been very little improvement (pain, walking, sleeping), a bone scan was done. Now there is suspicion of an intra-articular fracture, that the pelvic fracture has possibly extended into the hip joint. If it proves to be positive, what is the treatment?
