no period for 3months gain a few pounds lower pain cramp hotflashes headache but neg preganacy test

i have missed 3 period this will be the fourth month i usually come on round the three but nothing yet. i have cramp in lower left stomach i was getting hotflashes at nite but they gone now but i took 3 pregnancy test all came back neg but i do take them doing the day. any help would be great
