A year ago I was diagnosed with HPV. I do not have genital warts though. I was also told after a colposcopy that i had mild dysplasia and it should go away on it's own. I had a second colposcopy this week. The doctor said there is more dysplasia cells than last year and she said she seen pre-cancerous cells. The nurse called and told me that the result is not cancerous but that it was a high grade cellular change. I'm not sure what this means and I can't see the doctor until next week. I need some NOT "SUGAR COATED" answers... please! Thank you
