I am 24 years old and do have a 2 year old girl. I have been having some weird sensations in my breast that I don't know what to think of. It started 2 weeks ago when I was doing my self exam. I found that my left breast, which is also naturally smaller than the right, is more lumpier than the right. I got concerned and kept checking it for about a day. It got sore and then went away a few days later. 2 Nights ago, I was checking again. ( I hadn't done self exams as often and I should have.) This time I felt a sharp pain shoot through to my nipple area. This was in the area I had previously been checking alot that seems lumpier. It felt like my nipple was burning, but no discharge and no change in appearance. Today (2 days later) it doesn't hurt anymore and it still looks normal, but now it feels tingly in both breasts. I don't start my period again for 2 weeks. Thought maybe it's ovulation? I don't know. I know I need to see the doctor, but I am scared. Please help!!
