My periods are regular. They occur every 28 days. I was supposed to start the 28th of Feb. I had unprotected sex around my ovulation date. My breasts are tender, my lower back hurts, I'm not sleeping well at night, I'm extremely moody for a laid back person, my sense of smell is every keen, and I'm nauseous, plus some foods either turn me off or I can't get enough of them. Should I be worried?
