I was on yaz for several years and went off of it in March of 2010 to TTC, for three months I had a normal menstrual cycle every 30 days as was normal even when I was on BC and before I started it. Then in July and August I had no period yet cramping, when to the OBGYN she said I wasn't pregnant and gave me Progesterone to start it. I got a small light period of 4 days in September and then didn't get a period in October or November so she had me take it again in December, same thing light period 4 days. January I had a very small period that started around the 28th- 1st of February, no period February or March as of yet. I took a preg test early March just to be sure, it was negative and now for the last 5 days I have been having slight cramping that I notice when I sit or lay down but rarely notice when I stand. I want to get pregnant but my understanding was I had to have a normal cycle for me to ovulate.
Any thoughts on what it is, should I just get back on BC to regulate my period?
