should I keep taking my bio-identical hormones after hysterectomy, and if "yes", should it be all the ones I'm taking now ( Tri-Est/Test. and Prog.) or just some of these?

I'm asking this because my gyn. doesn't specialize in bio-identical H.R.T. and spends alot of her time delivering babies and is over-booked all the time and I'm concerned that after my hysterectomy she won't give proper (i.e. enough) time to address my post-hysterectomy needs.
