I was diagnosed and treated for pid 2 months ago. I tried to tell my doctor that I was still hurting and I thought I still had it they didn't listen (changing doctors now). I about passed out at my last day of work, and I went to the hospital. They did a pelvic exam and when he was feeling around I started balling it hurt so bad, I scared the er doctor. I was at the hospital for 5 hours being pumped with morphine and antibiotics. I'm now on a stronger medicine then I was last time, and pain med's. Before leaving I asked if since I'm so tender if it's a high possibility that I have scar tissue. I knew it can cause infertility but when he mentioned it was kinda scared he thinks my scar tissue is bad. I'm wondering if I'm going to have to do the laposcopy, and get the scar tissue out for my pain to subside? I've had pain since I had my daughter three years ago, I think that's when I got the pid. I pushed just pushed for three hours she was stuck on my pelvic bone. Her heartrate dropped they used forceps, and took me to emergency c-section. They had to push her back up in me to get her out. I'm scared I've had it for a long time, and I just quit my job to get insurance. Also wondering if this could be the reason I have to take magniesum citrate or enema's to have a bowel movement? I've used laxitives and stool softners but it still hurts when having a bowel movemen so I use the other two.
