Started 3 years ago. Severe pain and numbness in baby toe all the way to heel. Has gotten much better with time. Toe and side of ball of foot no longer numb. sciatica pain gone. just this nagging spot on outside of heel feels hypersensitive. certain shoes feel worse. Hate to walk barefoot. Feeling is very odd.
Will it also get better with time?
