I'm a psycho-therapist in Phoenix, Arizona who took a 4 year sabbatical to take care of my parents. After my father died, then my mother 13 months later, I took time to decompress and figure out if I still wanted to do therapy. My specialty is stress, anger, and anxiety, using eeg-neurofeedback, to train your brain. I'm fortunate to have the support of my husband, but like so many other's who are opening a new business in this economy it's been a process. I've also been fortunate to have a group of women friends that have been wonderful helping me through this transition with advise and support. I do "Brain Wave" therapy, which is very helpful, but alien to a lot of people. If there is anything I can do to help others going through many of the same problems I've been through, I would be honored.
