I am 53 years old and was diagnosed last year with a typical breast cells.

I would prefer an MBI exam but I dont know where to start. any advise? I am located in Cincinnati. I can get to Mayo relatively easy if need be. I would rather not have tamoxifen treatments since I am so close to menopause.
