Hi,
recently I'm having a problem with my menstrual cycle. I've never had late peridos and they usually come in the days 24 to 26 of the cycle. Today I'm already 1 week late and I'm having cramps and pain in the low back side like I usually have before my periods come. I've had these symptoms for more than a week now but all I got is today a blod clot. As I'm sexually active I've also done pregnancy tests which all resulted negative (the one with blood as well). I had a visit to the doctor and he noticed a cyst and said that periods may be late because of hormone changes and he gave my pills to use for ten days and then my periods will come, but I didn't take them.
I really don't want to spend more money visiting doctors, so do you have any idea of what it might be going on with me?! What's even more bothering is that I'm going on holiday in 4 days with my bf and I don't want to end up with my periods there as I won't be able to stop them (I don't use contaceptives).
