can i get pregnant when his penis is close but we are having our clothes on?

we make out but we were having our clothes on with shorts n underwears. but our organs were almost touching but it didnt penetrated. and cant as i was having my clothes on. but now i had gain a little weight and my periods is 1 week late. but i havent taken any pregnancy test yet. please help soon
