Hi, my EENT doctor recently diagnosed me that I have vertigo. An Xray of my cervical spine was also taken and showed that I have spondylosis. I understand that it is a form of neck arthritis. Is this somehow causing my vertigo? What are the natural treatments of my case? Thank you.
