I have a friend that had a stroke about a month ago. He was refered to a specialist. After doing tests, they told him his left artery is to blocked to do anything about it. My friend does not have insurance and I have a feeling this may be more of an insurance/inability to pay issue for the reason the Doctors do not want to do surgery or the needed medical procedure. Could these Doctors be right, could this artery be to blocked to do anything for it?
