Hello, i cant find the answer anywhere on-line. I had a hysterectomy at age 37 and bi-lateral ooferectomy the following year. I was told i would go through medically induced menopause. I never experienced anything, until last summer 9yrs AFTER my surgery. How is this possible? I am now having severe hot flashes that leave me burning up and sweating profusely sometimes all day long without letting up. I go days or wks without this but is comes back eventually. My joints ache so bad, headaches, mood swings that also come and go. Please help me understand what is happening to me? Why is this happening now, yrs after my surgery? Thank-you
