I did a little yoga when I was in college.
Yoga is a part of my day. Love it.
I've tried to meditate but I get too restless.
Meditation keeps me balanced.
I tried Reiki once but nothing happened.
I have less pain and tension since I started Reiki.
Tai chi is for old people.
Tai chi has made me stronger physically and calmer mentally.
