Have bloating and ongoing pain on right side rib area even after my gall bladder removal... dr can't find cause of pain

I had total hysterectomy in Dec '09 and gall bladder removed in Sept '10...still having pain on side and cramps...just don't feel well...tired all the time...I am taking premarin for hormone replacement, vytorin for cholesterol & cozaar for high pressure. I also take a daily vitamin. So tired of being in pain all the time...
have neck & shoulder pain on right side which goes down to my lower back daily...seems like my whole right side causing me pain.
