I am getting physcial therapy for my upper neck I am experiencing woozie feelings that are quite debilitating. I am told it is the C-1 through C-3 cervical spine that is the culprit and the PT says in his 30 years he has never seen such a tight neck. Am I doing the right thing? Can this be fixed by a PT? I am getting very discouraged, going on 6 weeks now. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
