I am 56 and had my last period Dec 2011. For the last five years I have dealt with ongoing migraines, lower pelvic discomfort, and nausea. My lower back, feet, and hands ache.

Would like to get hormone levels checked, but my doctor says this can be misleading as they can change from day, to week, to week. Is there e a good time to get reliable results? Just tired of feeling depressed, old, and have a hard time facing each new day.
