Why do I have abdominal pain when I’m hungre or did not eat for one hour or two

It being going on for almost 8yrs and I went to so many Drs they give me all kids of medicine but nothing seems to work and I don’t know why I even had blood test and cat scan and its all normal please let me know if you have any answer thank you
