I am 41 years old and have PCOS, but have always been thin. I work out regularly including weight training and cardio, eat a clean diet and do not have any other health issues such as high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, or other associated with PCOS. My main issues have been lack of periods (only get when on birth control pills) and some unwanted hair growth on face and body. However, over the past year I have noticed that my hair is thinning and I'd like to know if there are any treatments or supplements that might help beyond diet and exercise.
