I am now 37 but for the last 2 years I have had thinning hair on the top of my head and this thing called linchen sclerosis that I was told is mostly seen in older women. I have been to several doctors and they have all said nothing is wrong and that I am not in perimenopause. I also have sleep problems- I have changed my diet - it is now very healthy - and that has helped some with the sleep- but I still have some sleep problems, thinning hair, and linchen sclerosis, and my periods are about every 26 days and most months I have this spotting anywhere from 7 to 10 before my period starts- is this normal? When this all started I also had some depression and anxiety - which got better with taking vitamin D and relaxation - so maybe you could give me some clue as to what is going on. Thanks.
