I am trying to use Magnesium and Vitamin D for my FM pain and Chronic insomnia. But the internet gives conflict information...I've read that Magnesium and Calcium must be taken together and then read that they fight eachother for intestinal absorption. That Vitamin D is needed for Calcium absorption, but interfers with Magnesium absorption. Sometimes a 2:1 Calcium to Magnsium ratio is recommended..other articles say 1:1. And the information varies in terms of dosages. What should I be doing? Kali
